Hopology, a new independent beer shop, opens today in West Bridgford. The shop is located at 126 Melton Road and specialises in bottled beer from Britain, Europe and the USA. They will also stock beers from local breweries in Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire.
Their website reads:
We have a range of Belgian beer that is unparalleled in the East Midlands, comprising a quantity from some excellent small producers. There is also an excellent selection of German and other European and American beers many of which are rarely found in the area.
We have a selection of quality ciders and really good wine.
Hopology will be distinct from the larger retailers in that we will concentrate on supplying beer, wine and cider only from independent producers for whom the priority is quality.
