Rushcliffe Borough Council are holding their first food and drink festival tomorrow (Sat 5th July) on Central Avenue (10am start). Growers and makers from across the borough will be selling their produce at the market and chefs from top local eateries will be cooking up a storm in the demonstration kitchen on the Croquet Lawn. There’ll also be fun workshops, children’s activities and lots of great treats on offer at restaurants, shops and cafes nearby.
Confirmed traders for the market are:
200 degrees coffee
Porco (porchetta and pulled pork)…
Cropwell Bishop creamery
Ghar Ka Khana
Chinampas (Mexican inspired fruit drinks)
Bouverie Lodge Bison
Harkers Farm Shop
I’ve been at the ‘a taste of Rushcliffe’ food festival, feeding healthy and delicious quinoa salad to the residents of Rushcliffe. Even the sun popped out to say hello! photos on my FB page https://www.facebook.com/Nutritioncoach1
