On Friday 13th November, businesses across Nottinghamshire will be coming together to take part in the Russell Scanlan Annual Charity Quiz Night at Trent Bridge Cricket Ground.
It is expected that over 20 businesses will be participating; all with the aim of winning whilst raising money for a good cause.
The event is hosted by Russell Scanlan client, Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club, with all money raised going towards MySight Nottinghamshire. This is a fantastic charity which promotes greater independence for visually impaired people of all ages. This charity is dedicated exclusively to improving the lives of people living with sight loss in Nottinghamshire. Therefore the more money raised the more money there is to provide support, advice and information to visually impaired people.
Bryan Banbury, Managing Director at Russell Scanlan, said: “We’re looking forward to welcoming so many of our business associates, colleagues and clients to our much anticipated Charity Quiz. This year’s quiz aims to be one of the most competitive yet, the rivalry between the company teams is unprecedented and we do not tolerate any underhand play or use of mobile devices! There are still places left for this event, make sure you do not miss out as places are going quick.”
Alongside the quiz antics there will also be some quality auction prizes which due to Russell Scanlan’s close links with the sports and micro brewing industries, are expected to draw a lot of interest. If all this isn’t enough there is the legendary bottle tombola to ensure your cabinets are full for the Christmas season.
With all this on offer why wouldn’t you put together a team?
