Fire & Ice are on the lookout for a bar manager. Applicants must have:
- at least 2 years experience as a bar manager (absolutely essential – reference required)
- be able to create and cost drinks menus, cocktail lists etc including monthly specials
- be able to manage stock effecively
- liaise with drinks reps sorting pouring contracts etc
- must be a good leader and have the ability to motivate
- ensure bar staff are fully trained
- have a passion for the job!
Particulars:
- competitive salary plus tips
- 40 hours per week (Tues-Sat)
- must be available to work weekends
