The Monkey Tree on Bridgford Road has closed down, sighting high rents and the influx of chain bars and restaurants as the reason behind the decision. The bar closed its doors on Saturday with some pre-booked customers left disappointed.
This is the latest in a spate of recent closures in which West End Cabaret, D’Lights and Cafe Indulge have all closed their doors.
