Gusto is set to open the latest of it’s high-end Italian restaurant and bar chain in West Bridgford.
The new addition to Gusto’s estate will see it move into the 4,304 sq ft former Monkey Tree site on Bridgford Road. The West Bridgford restaurant will be Gusto’s 17th restaurant and bar, and the first in the East Midlands. Gusto, formerly the Est Est Est brand, is part of the Living Ventures Group which is based in Cheshire.

Gusto is actively recruiting on numerous job boards for management vacancies for its new West Bridgford outlet, which has a provisional opening date of February 2017. A spokesperson for the company says that 50 jobs will be created.
The job advert reads: “With Victorian architecture and the River Trent running through this thriving restaurant town, West Bridgford will be a welcome addition to the Gusto estate.
“We are looking for all managers, at all levels with progression opportunities.”
The Monkey Tree closed down in February of this year after its owners said the rates of £34,000 a year had become too expensive.
