Astroworld, a multi-level space-themed soft play centre, is to open on Stratford Road, on the site formally occupied by the Oriental Pearl which closed last week. The centre will be a “multi-levelintergalactic space centre, where babies, toddlers and children up to 11 can become space cadets for the day”.
There will also be a parent and child friendly café – serving a variety of locally sourced breakfast and lunch dishes, plus snacks and treats.
The launch date has been given as June 2017.
This follows on from the announcement that the front of the building, formally occupied by Chin Chin, is set to be a cocktail bar and kitchen called Forty Four.
